I am a dedicated, enthusiastic, interactive and experienced 500 hour yoga instructor, interacting with people by teaching yoga moves specific to the ability level of each student or class. My mission is to raise awareness of the benefits of yoga through body and mind connection. I can teach students to correct their postures to ensure maximum benefit and safety. I provide guided meditation at the beginning of each
class to help students center themselves and get the most out of each session. I work with students of all body types and fitness level. I pay attention to the needs of every student throughout each class.
