Private Yoga Session

One-on-one private yoga session. Session may focus on client goals, personal adjustments, alignment and modifications or advancements specific to the client's needs or desired focus. 

Reiki Session

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing on mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual levels. Reiki is founded on the principle that illness or disease is a result of being out of balance and in order for us to live at our highest potential we must restore balance. Energetic imbalances may manifest in our bodies as physical or emotional pain and discomfort, apathy or spiritual disconnection. Reiki restores balance to the energetic anatomy balancing the chakras and restoring energetic flow through the nadis within the human subtle body. Reiki restores  balance to the mind, body, and spirit and enhances the body’s natural ability to heal. 

 

During a Reiki session the client remains fully clothed and positioned in a supported and comfortable Savasana. There is no experience required to receive the benefits of Reiki - just an open mind and heart and an intention of healing.

Reiki Treatment

Prenatal Private Session

Prenatal Yoga is a great way to build strength and flexibility to help carry a growing belly and baby, alleviate common aches and pains during pregnancy, and allow for quicker postnatal recovery. We will also practice breathing exercises and guided meditation to assist in easing stress and promote relaxation. Ariella holds an 85-hour prenatal yoga certification and has experience working with yoga students in all stages of pregnancy. 

This is for a one-on-one yoga session with the instructor.

Breathing Meditation

Prenatal Small Group Session

Meet other local parents who are experiencing a similar season of life while connecting with your body and bonding with your baby. Ariella holds an 85-hour prenatal yoga certification and has experience working with yoga students in all stages of pregnancy. 

Groups are limited to two or three.
