Let Your Light Shine

An all-levels vinyasa that incorporates breath, yoga postures and mindful movement with a music component. The yoga postures are linked together in a flowing sequence with the breath - to generate heat within the body, facilitate mindfulness and increase strength and stability. The class is intelligently sequenced to allow students to grow and explore their personal practice in a safe and non-judgmental environment. Students can experience the healing art of movement, create a true mind-body connection, and let go of what no longer serves them so they can shine brighter. Students will leave feeling uplifted and rejuvenated. 



Sweat with Intention

This calorie-scorching workout fuses power yoga with cardio-intensive tribal dance + body sculpting movement. 
Created by Celebrity Trainer Bizzie Gold, Buti classes utilize the spiral structure technique® to facilitate the release + toning of the body - physical, emotional and energetic. Through primal movement, dynamic asana and cardio-sprints, students breakdown the emotional barriers that hold them back from achieving self-love and true human connection. Music guides the classes like an internal GPS - no more 8 counts or reps.  The beat blended movement forces you out of your head and INTO YOUR BODY. Masterful and Intentional

DEEP by BUTI® is a restorative movement sequence that utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique® to connect mind to muscle and catalyze vibrational change on a cellular level. Unlike other Buti® trademarked formats, DEEP is low-impact and focuses on micro-movements with physical touch to connect the brain to innervated muscle and restructure the deep core. 
DEEP is designed to prevent injury, restore innervation and assist in the recovery of bladder/ uterine prolapse and diastasis recti. The class structure also includes self-massage and pressure point activation to release muscles during deep restorative asanas.
This format complements all existing Buti® formats and is a gentle introduction to the spiral structure technique.

Burn and Build

In Buti® Sculpt workouts, we focus on building long, lean muscle tone while kicking the body into a heightened metabolic state. HIIT workouts are excellent for burning maximum body fat due to the intervals of max heart rate (MHR) and max effort. The EPOC (Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption) is maximized after performing Buti Sculpt workouts. The benefits of maximized EPOC include hormone balancing, cellular repair, and drastically increased metabolism for the 36 hour period following a HIIT workout.
Other HIIT workouts use the low intensity interval as rest time. Buti Sculpt workouts utilize strategic yoga postures during low intensity intervals to prevent injury and facilitate muscle recovery.
A short vinyasa flow will follow the Sculpt class to allow for stretching and releasing the muscles worked. The vinyasa will focus on stretching the hips and shoulders, opening up the heart and solar plexus, and grounding the energy down to a rest state.



Sculpt and Repair

Buti® Bands is a HIIT-based resistance training workout targeted to LIFT + SHAPE your BOOTY while toning and strengthening the hips. Bands are utilized during high-intensity intervals to challenge the body through all planes of motion while targeting the hips and booty through lateral engagement. During low-intensity intervals, students move through static yoga poses to release the muscle group targeted during the high-intensity interval.
A short vinyasa flow will follow the Bands class to allow for stretching and releasing the muscles worked in multiple directions. The vinyasa will focus on stretching the hips and shoulders, opening  up the heart and solar plexus, and grounding the energy down to a rest state.



Aligning With Yourself

Yin Yoga utilizes long holds, deep stretches, and slow, thoughtful movements to stretch & release all the neuromuscular tension we tend to store in our muscles and connective tissues. In this class, we will work from head to toe to create space and balance in your practice by increasing flexibility and mobility. Elevate your ability to be mindful, stay present and feel gratitude every day in this slow, introspective practice. Yin is great for beginners, athletes, prenatal and post natal yogis, and yogis seeking a slower paced class to balance out their vinyasa practice.



Rest and Restore

Restorative Yoga is designed to promote stillness in the body and mind with the focus of intentional rest. Intentional rest is profoundly different from sleep because of the mindfulness component of the practice. Yoga props, such as blocks, bolsters, blankets, straps, sandbags and eye pillows, are used to support the body and facilitate total relaxation on a physiological level. Postures are designed to minimize physical discomfort and sensation while allowing for gentle opening and expansion. The poses are held for long periods of time ranging from 10 to 15 minutes. Some benefits of restorative yoga include reduced heart rate, reduced respiration rate, improved heart rate variability and vagal tone, reduction of cortisol levels (stress) as well as alleviation of symptoms associated with depression, anxiety, PTSD, hypertension, IBS, COPD, insomnia, and athletic performance. Beyond the physiological benefits, there are also many mental benefits associated with Restorative Yoga, including increased serotonin and dopamine levels as well as promotion of thoughtfulness and reactiveness.
